HERE & HIDE

Terms of service

Last updated 29 September 2026

The terms for using our website, joining our launch list and, once ordering opens, purchasing from Here & Hide.

Who we are

Here & Hide is operated by HERE & HIDE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17472265. Registered office: 4 Newington Road, Northampton, United Kingdom, NN2 7TF.

Contact: support@hereandhide.com. The registered office is provided for legal correspondence; please use the return label we supply when returning a product.

Launch notifications

Our collection is not yet available to purchase. You can request email updates about its launch. Joining the list is free, does not reserve stock, does not create an order and does not guarantee a particular launch date or availability.

Launch emails require your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us at support@hereandhide.com. Details are in our Privacy notice.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Leather has natural variations, but products must still match their description and meet your statutory rights.

When purchasing becomes available, the product page and checkout will identify the product, price and relevant specifications for your order. We do not offer personalisation.

Prices and payment

When ordering opens, prices will be shown in pounds sterling, including any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are stated separately before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed in Shopify checkout at the time of purchase; availability may vary by device and payment provider.

No payment is taken for a launch-notification signup. Do not send payment-card details by email or through a contact form.

Orders when the collection opens

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. You can check and correct your order before submitting it. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, at which point the purchase contract is formed.

If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable or an error affects its price, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

We deliver within the UK: standard delivery is £3 with an estimated 3–5 working days, express delivery is £5 with an estimated 1–2 working days, and standard delivery is free on product orders over £100 after discounts. See our Delivery policy for timing and eligibility.

Eligible online purchases have a 14-day cancellation period. We provide a prepaid UK return label. Refunds, inspection and your separate rights for faulty goods are explained in our Returns & refunds policy. We do not offer exchanges.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access systems without permission, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or misuse forms. Our branding, original content and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and save policy information for your personal use, including keeping a copy of the terms applicable to an order.

We may maintain or update the website, so uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. This does not remove obligations we owe you under an accepted order.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. These terms concern consumer purchases for personal use; we do not exclude rights you have by law.

Questions and complaints

Email support@hereandhide.com with your order number if applicable and a description of your concern. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. If a complaint cannot be resolved, we will explain the position and provide information about any applicable alternative dispute-resolution arrangements as required.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law, including your local courts where entitled.

We may update these terms for future use and future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order.
