UK delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Our collection is launching soon. You can sign up for launch notifications now; purchases and delivery begin when ordering opens.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery — £3: estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.
• Express delivery — £5: estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.
• Free standard delivery: available on orders over £100.

Free standard delivery applies when the value of the products exceeds £100 after discounts, excluding delivery charges. An order of exactly £100 does not qualify. Express delivery remains £5.

When to expect your order

The delivery estimates above apply from the working day after you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any product-specific lead time or service restriction will be shown before you place your order.

We will email you when your order is dispatched and include tracking information where available. If you need a piece for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Your delivery details

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly with your order number. We will help where possible, but cannot guarantee changes once a parcel has been dispatched.

Delays, damage or a missing parcel

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email support@hereandhide.com. Include your order number and a short description. Photographs can help us investigate damage but are not a condition of your statutory rights.

For delivery arranged by us, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession. We will deal with the carrier on your behalf.

If delivery is late, your legal rights may include setting a further reasonable delivery deadline or cancelling, depending on the circumstances. Unless another timeframe is agreed, goods must normally be delivered within 30 days. Nothing here restricts your rights where delivery by an agreed date is essential.

Delivery refunds

If you cancel an eligible order in full under your statutory cancellation rights, we refund the standard delivery charge paid. If you chose express delivery, we refund the equivalent standard delivery charge; the express upgrade is not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
